Since the 1950’s SIEBTECHNIK has been a leader and innovation partner of the international food industry, in the development and supply of centrifuges meeting the unique needs of the market.

One of the strong points of our special centrifuges, are applications in the direct dewatering of food. Examples are edible mushrooms, onions and also potato products in the convenience food sector.

In the dairy industry, particularly in lactose dewatering and baby food production, SIEBTECHNIK TEMA centrifuges have been operating for over 60 years worldwide.

All over the world our customers are using the proven CONTURBEX and increasingly also our SHORTBOWL decanters, especially for lactose and whey separation. SHORTBOWL decanters and CONTURBEX meet the highest hygienic demands in this field and are fully CIP compliant (can also be USDA certified if required).
