Separation
Our continuously improved centrifuges are used for solid – liquid separation. Our centrifuges achieve excellent results: high efficiency in combination with excellent washing efficiency and low residual moisture. The basis of this success are individual design variants that enable complex separation tasks. The designs simplify maintenance, while ensuring smooth operation with high throughput rates.
Grind and break
SIEBTECHNIK TEMA machines such as our jaw crushers and hammer-impact mills can achieve a high degree of crushing. The machines are designed for high throughput volumes and trouble-free operation with minimal wear and maintenance.
Sieving and sorting systems
Depending on the properties of the minerals and the desired particle size, different sieving and sorting systems can be used. Our systems can achieve good separation accuracy, at both low and extremely high feed rates, even with difficult to screen material. A high degree of flexibility can be achieved through robust constructions, consisting of several standard components, which enables customer-oriented solutions. The machines are also built with a low maintenance running time and a long service life.
