Small scale testing for big success

SIEBTECHNIK TEMA has been consistently developing innovative and individual solutions in centrifuge technology for many decades. We use private consultations and comprehensive laboratory tests, to meet the requirements of each client’s unique separation task.

With the help of our laboratory centrifuge (CENTRIFLEX), we simulate operating conditions of a real production machine. Unstable and toxic product samples are tested in our mobile beaker centrifuge (CENTRILAB).

After the laboratory test stage, we typically perform pilot scale test work with our continuously operating testing machines, where we work closely with clients to ensure that all separation requirements are satisfied. Test work on a pilot scale centrifuge is often indispensable for the evaluation of reliable operation, assisting enormously in the selection of the production machine. We have a large number of types and sizes of pilot scale testing centrifuges available. We conduct tests at our head office in Sydney, at the centrifuge excellence centre in Mülheim (Germany) or at our customers’ production sites worldwide.

Our process engineers are known for their many years  of centrifuge technology experience and project support, assisting our clients from project start up to initial start-up of the production machine at the end.
